Wells is set along the beautiful North Noroflk Coast. This Seaside town has many visitors especialy throught the Uk summer holiday season. Wells is reknowned for its beautiful scenary, sea fishing, tourism and perhaps its most famous attribution to date "cockel" and "Muscle" picking (depending on the norfolk tide).

Wells-Next-The-Sea is also very popular among boating enthusiasts, as Wells was traditionaly and historicaly reknown for a port to trade corn in the 16th Century. Wells port was still in operation into the 20th Century with the Granary and Loading Gantry built in 1903. Today we see luxury flats built on this Historic port and surrounding area.
