The Boathouse has been built to a nautical theme and equipped to the highest standard.

Situated within our working boatyard on the River Bure, each lodge has a ground floor compact decked area with water-front access, so toddlers beware!

Designed in an 'upside down style', the open plan living area is on the first floor, with patio doors leading to a furnished glass-sided balcony, providing views over the water. Perfect for relaxing and soaking up the atmosphere.

FREE DAY BOAT provided with all properties, except between 21st July to 3rd Sept. Between these dates a 10% discount is offered to all our holiday home customers.

These properties sleep between 4 (River View & Rivers Edge) and 8 people (Waterside) they comprise of;

Open plan fully fitted kitchen, with gas oven, electric hob & hood, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle.
Smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguister and fire blanket.
Large open plan lounge, solid oak floors with 42" television with freeview, DVD and stereo.
Travel cot, high chair and stair gates.

Rivers View & Rivers Edge;

1 Double en-suite bedroom, 1 Twin en-suite bedroom both with flat screen wall mounted televisions and access out on to the sun deck. Both bedrooms are on the ground floor and have generous size en-suites with showers.

Waterside;

2 Double en-suite bedrooms, 2 Twin en-suite bedrooms all with flat screen wall mounted televisions and access out on to the sun deck. All the bedrooms are on the ground floor and have generous size en-suites with showers but there is the added bonus of a family size bathroom upstairs off the kitchen.

Parking for up to 2 cars, Pets welcome, Full bed linen provided, Electric and Gas included, available for both mid week and weekend short breaks and weekly breaks all year.
