Martyn Joseph is a performer like no other. Shades of Springsteen and Dave Matthews there may be – but he stands in his own right, built on a reputation for giving what many have described as the best live music experience of their lives.

A powerful singer and songwriter’ gifted with the rare ability to speak to the soul with his expressive and poignant lyrics, His music crosses folk, rock, soul, funk and Americana. Martyn’s career spans 30 years, 31 albums, over half a million record sales and thousands of dynamic and mesmerising live performances, His unique talent, driven by passion, social awareness and sensitivity, his music manages to empower and speak for the many.

In 2012 his song ‘There’s Always Maybe’ won best folk song category in the World Independent Music Awards and the social justice which is a recurring theme in his music has been recognised with various humanitarian awards and plaudits.
