Mindfulness for health course

This 8 week course is for those who suffer from pain and illness. People who can benefit from this course include those who have chronic back pain, MS, cancer, arthritis, Parkinson's, chronic fatigue/ ME, fibromyalgia, and many other types of pain and illness. Each week you will learn new strategies and approaches within a warm and friendly group setting.
Includes formal meditation practice, gentle mindful movement, and mindfulness for health book and cd. Also included a catch up mindful morning after the course.

Starts Wednesday 13 May, 6.30-9.00pm Capitol house, heigham street, norwich, continues every Wednesday evening.

This is a low cost course to cover my expenses only (£60-80) depending on how many people attend.
