 This Private Estate includes part of the Winterton Great Valley and over
40 acres of rolling sand dunes and a fine sandy beach. Through the valley towards
Winterton on Sea, one can walk and enjoy peaceful surroundings to the Nature Reserve,
which extends for miles up the coast.

This level grassy park with made up roads will accommodate
seventy
touring outfits or tents and adjoins the Grange Free House. Situated 1 mile
from the
beach and shops available within
half a mile.
The Caravan Park also has: Mains electric hook-ups to most pitches, hot
water to handbasins and laundry room, ladies and gents showers, flush toilets and chemical
toilet disposal point, all night lighting on site, payphone and childrens playground.
