The North Sea affords water and jet skiers the chance to indulge their particular sport, although the later is only permitted in regulated stretches, off the beach. There is now only one stretch of river, within Broadland, where you can legally indulge in water-skiing and care must be taken not to infringe these rigidly applied restrictions. There are also legally enforced speed limits, set on all boats on the rivers. Here again these are strictly policed by boat-patrolling, Rivers Authority inspectors.
