This accommodation is furnished and decorated to a very high standard. The kitchen is completely fitted and includes a fridge / freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, electric oven and gas hob, gas combi boiler and table and chairs.
The large modern bathroom has a bath with a separate shower. In the downstairs bedroom there is a king-size bed with plenty of storage in the mirrored wardrobes.
There are two bedrooms upstairs, one leads of from the other and can be set as two singles or a twin.
The lounge has seating for 5/6 and has Sky television and CD / radio player. Plenty of reading and reference books are available especially pertaining to North Norfolk and the Broads with Hickling and Hikling Broad only a short distance away.
Hickling - Is a wonderful part of Norfolk which makes up part of the Norfolk Broads, it has two pubs, one of which the Greyhound Pub, which has excellent food, fantastic service and really good real ales. Hickling is most famous for its large nature reserve owned by the National Wildlife Trust which has a visitor centre, many marked paths and plenty of observation huts for bird watching, perfect for a day out to wonder around this gorgeous part of the Broads.
Sea Palling is located on the East Coast of Norfolk and has fine sandy beaches backed by sand dunes, all located in an area of outstanding natural beauty.
Sea Palling Beach - Take a short walk down Mill Lane across the field or Beach Road to the beautiful sandy beach and reefs with the safety of a lifeguard area for swimming.
