If you would like to explore the area around Wroxham and get a feel for the wonderful waterways that make up the Norfolk Broads, a pleasure boat trip from Wroxham will give you an insight into the locality. Slightly further afield, the historic city of Norwich is only eight miles away and, in the opposite direction, miles of sandy beach along the beautiful Norfolk coast are thirteen miles away (nearest beach is at Sea Palling). Both city and coast and the wonderful North Norfolk seaside towns of Sheringham and Cromer are easily reached by road or rail with Hoveton & Wroxham Station only 10 minutes’ walk from Cotman Cottage. The train journey along The Bittern Line takes approximately 30 minutes (Cromer) or 45 minutes (Sheringham).
Smoking is not allowed at Cotman Cottage but well behaved pets are welcome.
