The house was perfect for the 6 of us and had everything we needed for a comfy stay. Games room and good size garden were perfect for the kids .
There is lots to do at Wroxham , the broads were beautiful and there are plenty of other things very close to keep the kids busy. Bewilderwood was another great day out.
Would highly recommend Alan and this property and the whole area.

Its a very comfortable house with lots of space and a nice garden - all the amenities were excellent. Its a good location for exploring the broads by car and not that far from the coast either. We had a really nice stay there.

Lovely property. Alan was there to meet us and explain how everything worked. Real home from home. Lovely bedrooms, shower room and downstairs bathroom. The football table and pool table were nice added bonus and the fully enclosed garden was excellent. Ideal for 2 year old child and dog. We enjoyed a lovely hour boat trip around the broads. Great shopping at Roy's of Wroxham, and oth r supermarkets nearby. Near to Cromer and Great Yarmouth by car. Plenty of amusements and rides for the kids. Thank you again Alan and Jean for the most enjoyable stay. Hope to visit again.
“A lovely holiday home”
Reviewed 3 August 2017 for a stay in July 2017
Myself, my sister and our mum together with our 4 children and 3 dogs stayed here at the start of the Summer holiday. Alan was there to greet us very warmly on our arrival and briefly showed us how to use the various house gadgets and appliances. He went out of his way not to be intrusive whilst being extremely helpful if we had any queries during our stay.
The house is spacious, light, extremely clean and pleasantly decorated. The rear garden is a great size and a real pleasure to spend time in with areas for sun and shade, outside dining and also for relaxing. A permanent gazebo and a good BBQ complete the outdoor facilities. The children had lots of fun outside and inside the property.
Alan provided a welcome pack of tea, coffee, biscuits, milk, lemonade for the children, 2 bottles of wine for the adults and also dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, dishcloth a few toilet rolls and handwash. We had everything we could possibly need for a very comfortable week.
The house is in the village of Hoverton, very close to Wroxham and the picturesque Broads village of Horning. We also visited Acle and Potter Higham on the Broads. We found the house to be conveniently located for visits to the North Norfolk coast and enjoyed visiting Holt, Sheringham, Cley-next-the-sea and Blakeney.
We would definitely recommend staying here and intend to do do ourselves again on future holidays to this lovely county. Thank you, Alan.
“Great family vacation”

201We have a young family and this was perfect.
Alan greeted us and gave us a quick induction to the house (all the useful stuff that you need in any house you are not used to). He had also left us a bottle of wine, cookies, tea and other provisions which was a nice touch.
The house has a new kitchen and dining area, a games room, lounge and downstairs bedroom for the kids. My favourite bit though was the outside garden which the kids loved, though I admit we were very lucky with the weather. There is a large awning as well as a good size BBQ and outdoor chairs and tables as well. Parking at the front is adequate for 2 cars.
It's well located for getting to a number of local attractions. The next village to the east has some cracking restaurants and pubs on the broads itself.
Well equipped and clean, don't worry about the unknown uncertainties that run through your mind, This was a good choice.
