Welcome to the Regency Guest House, an 18th century house situated in the lovely village of Neatishead in the heart of the Broads. We offer comfort and value in a peaceful village setting, a short drive from Horning and Wroxham and only ten miles from Norwich city centre.

Each room has Flat-screen T.V. Hair dryer, Tea/coffee facilities, central heating and luxury organic bathroom toiletries. Fast broadband WiFi. A full English or continental style breakfast is included.

We use locally sourced fresh products for our breakfasts , free range eggs and home made marmalade and preserves. We are 5 Star Rated for Food Hygiene.

Most bathrooms come with Victorian slipper style baths. All our bed linen and towels are pure cotton to add that final touch of luxury to your stay.

We have a village pub with micro brewery a short walk away where lunch and evening meals are served, a well stocked village shop and free public mooring 5 mins walk from the B&B.

No single rooms but single occupancy in a double room is from £60.00
