Bungay

Bungay

Bungay is a lovely historic town dating back to Anglo-Saxon times located on the banks of the River Waveney. The Waveney River Valley is one of the most beautiful areas in the Broads. Although Bungay is in Suffolk, it is included as part of the Norfolk/Suffolk Broads.  This market town has good shopping, moorings and historic buildings to admire.  There many scenic walks along the riverbanks and of course the River Waveney valley to explore.
