Horsey is a delightful Norfolk Broads village that is the closest to the coast, about a mile from the sea. Horsey is a coastal village located on the B1159 from Somerton off the B1152 from the A149. This quaint village has a church with a round tower and a pub located down the track towards the beach.

Located on the River Thurne, Horsey has a magnificent wind pump sits on Horsey staithe and is open to visitors. The dyke leads to Horsey Mere, a windswept broad which is only open to the public spring to autumn. Horsey is a great place to have a summer holiday on the Norfolk Broads and also the Norfolk coast.
