It is with deepest regret that, after careful consideration, the Trustees of the Nelson Museum have come to the sad and difficult decision to close the museum for good. It has been a privilege to have been able to tell the story of England's greatest hero, Lord Nelson.
We also wish to sincerely thank everyone who has supported the museum over the past 17 years.
